Ivanti Licensing System – 2019 – Design/architect/code new entitlement algorithms that automate upgrades due to maintenance, new releases, and renewals.
– Key success indicator: Yearly 3-month manual project for new product releases now automated.

Ivanti Licensing System – 2018 – Design/architect/code a new licensing system for our $480 Million company, with a focus on handling many licensing systems from various acquired product lines. Angular frontend, C# Rest Web Service backend.
– Key success indicator: Customers never knew it happened. The transition was seamless.
– Key success indicator: Replaced vendor solution with simplified processes, saving 200k+ a year

Heat Merger – 2017 – Design/architect/Code the business’s needs to merge two $200m companies.
– Key success indicator: Business Applications merged on time with improved processes.

Wavelink Shopping Cart Replacement 2017 – Evaluate and choose a shopping cart, then develop software customizations. Developed custom plugins to integrate with Tax, CRM, Credit Card vendor
– Key success indicator: Manual order entry decreased by half, highest-margin business line.

AppSense Integration – 2016 – Implemented with C#/WCF backend and HTML/CSS/JS//Knockout frontend
– Key success indicator: Completed 1 month early. Zero bugs reported after go-live.

Naurtech Integration Project – 2015 – Implemented with C#/WCF backend and HTML/CSS/JS/Knockout frontend
– Key success indicator: Naurtech order entry workload decreased by two full FTEs.
– Key success indicator: Non-technical customers are hand-held when using the web solution

Wavelink Order to-Cash Project – 2014 – Implemented with C#/WCF backend
– Key success indicator: Orders entered once. Remaining order to cash process automated.

C#/WPF Common Install Tool – 2011/12 (Implemented with C#/WPF using MVVM framework)
– Key success indicator: Customer feedback. The complex install
became simple.
